My practice brings together several disciplines that explore the relationship between identity, emotions, and the body. I integrate ontological coaching, biodecoding, and energy-based awareness practices<\/strong>, allowing clients to explore emotional patterns from multiple perspectives, gain awareness of limiting beliefs that keep them stuck, and reconnect with their internal sense of alignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ontological Coaching (ICF Certified)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

My foundation in coaching comes from ontological coaching<\/strong>, a discipline that explores how language, emotions, and body awareness shape our experience of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through my training, I developed a structured approach to helping clients identify the narratives and internal patterns that influence their decisions, relationships, and sense of identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ontological coaching focuses on three core dimensions of human experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Lenguaje<\/strong> \u2013 the stories and interpretations through which we understand our lives
\u2022 Emoci\u00f3n<\/strong> \u2013 the emotional patterns that influence our reactions and behaviours
\u2022 Cuerpo<\/strong> \u2013 the physical dimension where many of our emotional experiences are expressed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working with these three dimensions allows for deeper and more sustainable personal transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biodecoding – Christian Fl\u00e8che School<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

My work is also shaped by my certification in Biodecoding with Christian Fl\u00e8che<\/strong>, one of the pioneers in the field of emotional interpretation of physical symptoms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biodecoding explores the relationship between unresolved emotional experiences and the ways the body expresses stress, needs or conflict<\/strong>, including ancestral inheritances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This perspective allows clients to explore questions such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 What emotional story might the body be expressing?
\u2022 What unresolved tension may be stored physically?
\u2022 What emotional conflicts are asking for attention?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This work is not about diagnosing illness, but about bringing awareness to the emotional dimension of physical experience<\/strong>, helping individuals understand the messages their bodies may be communicating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reiki Level II Practitioner<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I am also a practicante de Reiki Nivel II,<\/strong>, trained in energy-based practices that support relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This training complements my coaching work by helping clients develop greater awareness of their internal state and energetic boundaries<\/strong>, particularly during periods of emotional transition or personal change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Integrating These Perspectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By exploring the connections between language, emotion, and the body<\/strong>, which can also be seen as the connection between mind, energy and physical, I guide clients through a process of understanding the deeper patterns shaping their experiences and reconnecting with parts of themselves that have been silenced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professional Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With nearly two decades of experience within a global organization, I have developed a deep understanding of business, leadership, and organizational dynamics. For more than ten years, I held leadership roles in which a central part of my work was guiding individuals and teams through growth, goal-setting, and career development. Supporting people through professional challenges, transitions, and leadership responsibilities helped me recognize a natural strength: helping others gain clarity, confidence, and direction on their paths. That realization led me to formally pursue coaching as a profession. Today, I combine my coaching expertise with extensive business and leadership experience, allowing me to support clients not only in personal transformation but also in navigating complex professional environments, leadership challenges, and meaningful career decisions with clarity and strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
